• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Parties are prohibited. Any violation of this rule will be immediately reported to the police.
• Smoking marijuana is prohibited on the premises. Other guests do not tolerate this.
• The use of laughing gas, such as balloons, is prohibited.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the premises of THE VIEW during nighttime hours.
• Trash should be disposed of in the designated room located by the entrance gate.
• Please ensure that windows, doors, and garage gates are closed.
• Please leave valuable items in the safes provided.
• Leaving keys in the apartment or locking yourself out after 10:00 PM incurs a fee of 25 euros, after 12:00PM 50 euros, pay in cash
• Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 21 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• For cancellations made less than 21 days but no later than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation value will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
